Homemade chicken noodle soup

Chicken soup is not only tasty, but also really useful to keep the body health and boost your spirits! Chicken noodle soup made with love will bring much warmth and pleasure to you and your close ones!

Ingredients:

  • Alel quarters - 500 g
  • Carrot - 1
  • Onion - 1
  • Potato - 2-4
  • Vermicelli - 100
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Water - 2.5 L

Instructions:

  1. Rinse chicken quarters. Put the quarters into a saucepan, pour cold water. Start heating, bring to the boil, scum as necessary. Add salt and pepper, simmer for 40 minutes.
  2. Peel, rinse and dice potatoes.
  3. Peel, rinse and grate or cut a carrot into thin strips.
  4. Peel, rinse and dice an onion.
  5. Remove the chicken. Put the onion, carrot, potatoes into the saucepan. Cook at a medium heat for 20 minutes. Then add vermicelli. Cook for 3-5 minutes (until vermicelli is ready).
  6. A simple chicken soup is ready to be served. Serve with fresh greens.
