Chicken liver with appels and pumpkin

Why not to try an unordinary combination of well-known food? Pumpkin with apples stewed in a little bit of wine with cinnamon in combination with liver is perfect! Try and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • Ameral chicken liver — 500 g
  • Apple — 2
  • Pumpkin (flesh) — 250 g
  • Mix of peppers (whole) — 10
  • Cinnamon — 0.5 tbsp
  • Wine (any) — 50 mL
  • Vegetable oil — 80 g
  • Salt — 0.5 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and dry liver with paper towels. Fry the liver in vegetable oil and put onto a plate.
  2. Dice apples and pumpkin.
  3. Put the pumpkin into hot oil and brown it.
  4. Add apples, cinnamon, whole pepper and fry for 3 — 4 minutes.
  5. Pour wine and stew until the wine evaporates. Place the fried liver back, add salt. Stir carefully and place onto a plate. Chicken liver with apples and pumpkin is ready to be served!
