Chicken Liver with Apples and Pumpkin
Why not try an unexpected twist on familiar ingredients? In this dish, pumpkin and apples are gently simmered with a splash of wine and cinnamon — creating a perfect match for tender chicken liver. A simple yet elegant flavor explosion!
 
															Ingredients:
- •Ameral chicken liver — 500 g 
- Apples — 2 pcs 
- Pumpkin (flesh) — 250 g 
- Mixed peppercorns — 10 pcs 
- Cinnamon — 0.5 tbsp 
- Wine (any kind) — 50 ml 
- Vegetable oil — 80 g 
- Salt — 0.5 tsp 
Preparation:
 
							- 1.Rinse the liver and pat dry with paper towels. Quickly fry in vegetable oil, then remove and set aside. 
- Cut apples and pumpkin into large cubes. 
- In the same hot oil, fry the pumpkin until golden. 
- Add apples, cinnamon, peppercorns, and fry for another 3–4 minutes. 
- Pour in the wine and simmer until it evaporates.
