Chicken Liver with Apples and Pumpkin
Why not try an unexpected twist on familiar ingredients? In this dish, pumpkin and apples are gently simmered with a splash of wine and cinnamon — creating a perfect match for tender chicken liver. A simple yet elegant flavor explosion!

Ingredients:
•Ameral chicken liver — 500 g
Apples — 2 pcs
Pumpkin (flesh) — 250 g
Mixed peppercorns — 10 pcs
Cinnamon — 0.5 tbsp
Wine (any kind) — 50 ml
Vegetable oil — 80 g
Salt — 0.5 tsp
Preparation:
1.Rinse the liver and pat dry with paper towels. Quickly fry in vegetable oil, then remove and set aside.
Cut apples and pumpkin into large cubes.
In the same hot oil, fry the pumpkin until golden.
Add apples, cinnamon, peppercorns, and fry for another 3–4 minutes.
Pour in the wine and simmer until it evaporates.
Return the liver to the pan, add salt, gently mix, and serve.
