Grilled Chicken

Oven-roasted grilled chicken is simple, delicious, and always a crowd-pleaser! This easy recipe doesn’t require much preparation, but small details make all the difference in flavor. Perfect for beginner cooks!

Ingredients:

  • Alel whole broiler chicken

  • Garlic – 6 cloves

  • Butter – 50 g

  • Salt and pepper – to taste

  • Vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. Slice garlic thinly and gently slide the slices under the chicken skin.

  2. Place a few pieces of butter under the skin, especially around the breast area.

  3. Mix vegetable oil with salt and pepper. Rub the chicken thoroughly with this mixture.

  4. Roast the chicken on a grill rack or rotisserie in the oven at 170°C (340°F) for 1.5 hours.
