Alel Agro JSC – MOVE ON to the New Pinnacles of Quality!

In 2017, ALEL AGRO JSC was one of the first companies in Kazakhstan that passed certification audit of ISO 9001:2015 Version after having implemented the changes meeting new ISO rules and requirements.
In 2016, ALEL AGRO JSC actively implemented Kaizen introduction program. Kaizen (Jap. 改善) is a Japanese philosophy or practice focusing on continuous improvement of the production processes, development processes, auxiliary business processes and management processes as well as all life aspects. By improving standardized actions and processes, the company intends to reduce losses at each process and therefore cut costs and create comfortable conditions for the company’s employees.
On August 10, ALEL AGRO JSC became a member of MADE IN KAZAKHSTAN Association of Commodity Producers and Entrepreneurs LEA
