Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Chicken soup is not only delicious but also great for maintaining a healthy body and a lively spirit! Made with love, this homemade chicken noodle soup will bring warmth and comfort to you and your loved ones.

Ingredients:

  • Alel chicken legs – 500 g

  • Carrot – 1 piece

  • Onion – 1 piece

  • Potatoes – 2–4 pieces

  • Vermicelli – 100 g

  • Salt – to taste

  • Pepper – to taste

  • Water – 2.5 L

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the chicken legs and place them in a pot with cold water.

  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, removing any foam.

  3. Add salt and pepper. Simmer for 40 minutes.

  4. Peel and dice the potatoes.

  5. Peel and grate or julienne the carrot.

  6. Peel and dice the onion.

  7. Remove the cooked chicken from the pot.

  8. Add the onion, carrot, and potatoes to the broth. Cook for 20 minutes.

  9. Add vermicelli and cook for another 3–5 minutes until done.

  10. Serve hot with fresh herbs.
