For more than 12 years, JSC "ALEL AGRO" has successfully implemented and maintained a quality management system.
In 2017, JSC "ALEL AGRO" became one of the first companies in Kazakhstan to successfully pass the ISO 9001:2015 certification audit, implementing changes in line with the new rules and requirements of the ISO system.
In 2016, JSC "ALEL AGRO" actively launched a program to implement Kaizen tools.
Kaizen (Japanese: 改善) is a Japanese philosophy or practice focused on continuous improvement of manufacturing, development, support processes, and management, as well as all aspects of life.
By improving standardized actions and processes, the company aims to reduce losses at every stage of production, thereby lowering costs and creating comfortable working conditions for employees.
